Digital Marketing Communications Manager

MARCH 2018 – JULY 2020

  • Drove digital transformation of the secure power 3 phase uninterruptible power supply (UPS) web presence by deploying site enhancements including product accessories, filters and offer re-positioning on SE.com

  • Added more than 500 product cross-sell relationships to SE.com across 7 key 3 phase UPS product ranges

  • Expanded the presence of product accessories into 6 new SE.com product ranges

  • Proposed and managed the creation of a new product accessory tab on SE.com, making it easier for customers to locate UPS batteries on the site

  • Oversaw more than 5 major 3 phase UPS global product launches across multiple digital touch points including SE.com, APC.com, stand-alone campaign pages and Partner channels

  • Served as project manager for all web-release activities pertaining to 3 phase offer launches. Worked with key stakeholders (i.e. Global Marketing, Offer Management, Branding and IT development) to scope and deploy web presence for 3-5 offer launches annually

  • Designed and launched a dynamic lithium ion web page, supporting deployment across more than 60 countries

  • Created storyboard for a major offer product video; video received more than 800 views in first week of launch

  • Identified and introduced additional SEO keywords, back links and dynamic content to improve SE.com 3 phase UPS search ranking in Google

  • Worked directly with product offer managers to define and create a persona-based messaging framework to guide the creation of brochures, videos and digital product models


Senior Online Marketing Program Manager

June 2015 – December 2016

 

  • Drove end-to-end web content management initiatives for Education.EMC.com, a global site receiving 4 million+ visits per year

  • Planned and led the weekly meeting for the Education Marketing team, ensuring that all Quarterly goals and campaigns were on track and in-line with quarterly strategic and business objectives

  • Worked cross-functionally with the Curriculum, Web Development, IT and Artistic Design teams to launch revenue-driving sales and lead-generation campaigns

  • Oversaw the execution of all online content updates for the Proven Professional Program, boasting a membership of 60,000+ IT professionals and producing upwards of 100,000 individual industry certifications since its inception

  • Spearheaded all Marketing efforts for the On-Demand Learning Center, a personalized learning environment for Dell EMC’s enterprise customers

  • Served as curator of the Education Customer Sales Marketing Newsletter, a key marketing piece that would keep the entire salesforce apprised and up-to-date on new education training initiatives, while also providing dynamic marketing collateral needed to increase sales revenue


Online Marketing Program Manager

November 2012 – May 2015

 

  • Proposed and performed key improvements including the consolidation of all examination and training pages on Education.EMC.com, streamlining the site maintenance process, while drastically improving the customer experience

  • Increased customer satisfaction levels through the creation and customization of personalized homepages for more than 250 customers subscribing to the EMC Learning Environment, a program designed to support the specific needs of each individual enterprise customer and its end users

  • Created a visual site map of all 450+ URLs falling under Education.emc.com homepage, a pivotal step in the formation of a new hierarchy for a major site redesign

  • Created wireframes and worked to generate and maintain content for more than a dozen Education Services web campaign pages

  • Recorded, produced, narrated and edited a video demo for the EMC Learning Environment for use at EMC World, an event with more than 10,000 attendees representing 100 countries from the EMC World Community

  • Played a key role in a cross-functional team, responsible for driving 50+ web design/content updates on a monthly-basis
